(September 14, 2015) – The Central Florida Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) formally announced today its Greater Tampa Launch Gala Event to be hosted on October 8, 2015 at the The Tampa Club in Tampa, Florida. Title sponsor Premier Sotheby’s International Realty welcomes special guests Adam Smith of America’s Next Top Model, 2015 Miss Vietnam Florida Nhatvy Thi Vo, AREAA National’s Incoming Chairwoman Vicky Silvano, Judy Green CEO Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, AREAA’s 2016 Vice Chair Angie Lee, and President of the AREAA Central Florida Chapter Chad Creech.

“We are thrilled to host this launch Gala and we look forward to our growth in the Greater Tampa Bay area,” said Chad Creech. “This is a timely expansion for AREAA which will allow us to better educate area real estate professionals about Asian cultures and promote home ownership opportunities in the Asian community.”

According to AREAA research, Chinese buyers alone spent $28.6 billion on US residential real estate between April 2014 and March 2015 with an average price of $831,000. Florida is one of the top 3 destinations for this inbound capital.


The October 8th event, which is expected to draw more than 100 attendees and is scheduled to begin at 6pm with networking opportunities followed by the events program at 7pm. Among the VIP appearances expected will be Adam Smith of America’s Next Top Model and Nhatvy Thi Vo, 2015 Miss Vietnam Florida.
