Operating within Dubai’s premium hospitality sector, Makrillos developed a performance-driven model focused on unlocking hidden value within existing hotel infrastructure. Rather than expanding footprints, her strategy centred on maximising them — transforming underutilised rooms, idle outlets and overlooked spaces into revenue-generating assets while preserving brand integrity.
The acquisition was finalised earlier this year. Financial terms remain confidential.
“This chapter was about recognising potential where others saw limitation,” Makrillos said. “Once that potential was realised, it felt right to evolve.”
