SANTA CRUZ, CA – Dina Saalisi Healing Arts has launched a free class series on using flower essences for self-healing.

In this 7-class series, Dina Saalisi Healing Arts ( explores using the Bach flower essence remedies for self-care, as a way to alleviate fear, uncertainty, insufficient interest, loneliness, oversensitivity, despondency, and over-care for others.   Students will learn how to work with the 38 original Bach remedies by category to address their emotional challenges.

The use of flower essence remedies, as a holistic therapy, was developed in 1930 by British physician Dr. Edward Bach. His system of using plant essences to relieve the disharmony of disease emerged as a simple method to restore out of balance emotions using liquid extracts from the flowers of wild plants and trees.  This method of working with the subtle energy from a select group of healing flowers, promotes health and wellness by providing emotional support and spiritual awareness.

“My mission is to inspire others to develop increased awareness, reframe challenges, and master new skills leading to wholeness of  being. By learning how to confront and work through deep challenges, it is much easier to get to a place of profound healing.”, said Dina, founder of Dina Saalisi Healing Arts.

The free classes provide a foundation for using flower essences to encourage growth and healing. Students will have the opportunity to work with each other and practice prescribing remedies. This hands-on approach is a powerful way to get to know the benefits of each remedy through experiential learning.

Her next free class is July 9th and will focus on Bach flowers for Insufficient Interest in Present Circumstances.  It is a live online webinar.  You can register and learn more at
