March 30, 2022 – JT Legal Group, a law corporation specializing in personal injury, promotes Rosalina Grimaldo from Intake Specialist to Client Relations Supervisor.
Ms. Grimaldo started her journey at JT Legal Group as an Intake Specialist in our Client Relations Department. She speaks directly with clients, determining their needs, medical history, physical and mental state and guides them in the appropriate direction.
Within 10 months at JT Legal Group, Rosalina had the responsibility of training new employees and expanding her leadership skills. She currently works closely with the Director of Client Relations in order to determine how to properly proceed with each individual case.
Her new responsibilities include assisting her team with the intake process and reviewing each case before it gets assigned to a case manager. When speaking with clients, she is empathetic and understanding. She enjoys working extra hours to ensure her clients are well taken care of.
Rosalina is altruistic, she enjoys putting others first and helping individuals in need. Her family and peers admire her for her selfless-ness and caring attitude. These characteristics have played a huge role in the promotion to Client Relations Supervisor.
