To receive the Platinum status Award a PADI Course Director needs to have issued a minimum of 100 professional-level certifications in a year, at least 30 of which need to be at the Open Water or IDC Staff Instructor level, with an overall 70 percent or higher professional-level continuing education ratio.
The PADI Frequent Trainers Award Scheme is designed to recognize PADI Instructor trainers that have reached certain milestones, denoting a high degree of experience and consistency throughout the calendar year. Holly has achieved a range of Industry Awards year upon year and id considered to be one of the highest certifying PADI Course Directors within the recreational diving Industry and has a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years working within a range of different diving related jobs and in a variety of geographical diving destinations.
