This litigation arose out of a violent rear-end automobile collision that occurred in April 2019 on SR-91 Freeway in Anaheim, CA. JT Legal Group’s clients, mom and two minor kids, were on their way home from Restaurant Depot. As traffic began to slow, the client applied her brakes and brought her vehicle to a complete stop. While stopped, the clients were violently rear-ended by Defendant who failed to stop.

Medical professionals performed a shoulder acromioplasty which aims to remove the impingement by increasing sliding space for her shoulder tendons. The procedure is performed without opening the joint.
