FTM in layman’s terms:

FTM was designed to be outside of their realm of influence and continue to grow your investment value no matter what …Forget The market!
FTM works, mainly because the US healthcare system “does not work!”
In the case of a serious injury insurance claim… an injured party can wait years for treatment. They may live in pain, perhaps can’t work and they could become a drain on their family.
FTM “funds surgeries” for certain personal injury cases with a strictly approved criteria:
- The other party was clearly at fault
- We can prove that the other party was at fault.
- The injury is not the result of a pre-existing condition.
- The other party has insurance.
- The policy limit is sufficient to allow for the surgery, rehabilitation and legal costs.
- Using a car accident as an example: FTM fund the surgery and take a lien against the insurance policy so that FTM are paid out at an agreed later date by the insurance company.
- FTM does this by way of a specialist Medical Receivables Company, in business since 1997. * Never had a negative year!
Note: There are 3 separate share classes.
“A Class” has been going since March 2010 without any negative months!
Class A has every $1 invested secured against $3 worth of medical accounts receivables.
“A” returned 67.02% since inception and averaged a return of 8.78% with a quarterly redemption cycle.
“C Class” is exactly the same investment strategy as “A”, secured at a rate of $3 for every $1 invested However “C” does not hold any cash for quarterly redemptions
Therefore the return from “C Class” is much higher but also requires a larger minimum investment of $250,000 and a ” lock in” on investment of 2 years.
Our “C Class” option was launched in October 2014 and has returned 16.75% since inception without any negative months and has a compound return of 11.17%
This is similar, in principle, to accounts receivables factoring, but with a critical difference. In traditional factoring a company buys a large pool of debt and simply hopes that enough will be paid to ensure a profit. In our model, the Medical Accounts Receivables Company choose ONLY the cases they wish to fund.
On average, 4 out of every 5 cases reviewed are rejected, as investor safety is paramount.
It should be remembered; the payer is an insurance company… not a patient or a hospital.
The major difference between FTM and traditional investments is the use of Medical Accounts Receivables which make up 85% to 90% of the portfolio.
These are secured at a rate of $3 for every $1 invested.
The remainder of the portfolio can vary from 5% to 10% in cash and ftm hold up to 5% of the overall portfolio in automated FX trading.
The trades are set with a maximum stop loss of 35% which limits the overall portfolios exposure to just 1.75%
SUMMARY:
90% – 95 of the portfolio is Capital Secured.
Only 5% (maximum) is exposed to FX with a total portfolio risk of 1.75%.
Targeting returns in line with the long term market averages…BUT irrespective of market conditions or direction!
Remember: ftm purchases MRI’s (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), pain management or medical records from firms that are:
- In financial difficulty.
- In the process of the dissolution of a partnership
- Can no longer afford to carry the cost of the receivables on their own
- Simply need additional funds to increase growth n
