Can listening to podcasts help people heal their mind?

Humanity Feels aims to improve listeners’ mental health by tackling topics such as anxiety, depression, and much more

Since the COVID-19 pandemic started in the spring of 2020, mental health has been a major topic. For once, mental health is in the mainstream spotlight and taken more seriously than ever. Many countries have seen a rise in depression, anxiety, loneliness, and fear of the future over the last year-plus.

Many people are looking for ways to improve their mental health and understand the issues they are experiencing. Podcast Humanity Feels aims to improve listeners’ mental health by tackling a variety of topics.

The all-new podcast, available on Apple Podcasts, focuses on mental health and personal development. Podcast host and life coach, Yasmin Elzomor, covers a wide variety of topics along with mental health issues. Elzomor talks about relationships, spirituality, and all the things that make us human. Along with sharing her own personal stories and advice, Elzomor welcomes guests, who share their own views and experiences.

Previous episodes have featured numerologist, author, and intuitive life coach Donnalynn Civello; YouTuber and graphic designer for spiritual entrepreneurs Vanessa Ooms; and 15-year-old mental health activist and speaker, Zach Gottlieb, as guests. The wide range of guests has also made Humanity Feels a podcast that can be accessed by a diverse listenership.

Listeners can download Humanity Feels’ previous episodes which cover anxiety in the age of social media, manifestation, how to have healthy relationships, spirituality and spiritual awakenings, and information on healing modalities such as Vedic astrology and akashic records.
