She has a proven track record of leading in-house creative direction for new product development projects, from initial conception to final completion. She is capable of collaborating and partnering with team members cross-functionally to build consensus and ensure all art projects meet all milestones, deadlines, and budget requirements. She intuitively adapts to new technology and innovative processes while ensuring compliance with all corporate standards.
Rhonda has always had a particular affinity for working with artists. She enjoys helping turn artists’ visions into reality and providing them with the designs they need to effectively promote themselves. She is a skilled communicator and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her clients are thrilled with the finished product.
