“I have a vision of you sitting in your favorite spot, reading my latest installment every Friday, and escaping with me for a few minutes to get inspired,” said Clio Muir, the creator of Cooking For You My Love. “I’m stoked to meet you and really excited to share this journey through my kitchen, my pantry, my library and sometimes even, my closet,” she added.
Clio Muir and her husband Rick started eating a vegan diet shortly after Rick was diagnosed with prostate cancer 12 months ago. Since then, my ever-expanding mission in the kitchen has taken a hard dietary jog to the left, where I have had a blast investigating new to me vegan cookbooks.
Being the lover of knowledge that she is, Clio thought that others would find joy in her newly found path in the kitchen and life. Through her stories and articles, readers will find inspiration and delicious vegan recipes.
