Honourable presidents, Dr. Aziz Mountassir from the Kingdom of Morocco, and Dr. Jeanette Tiburcio Márquez, founder and president of Mil Mentes and the international IFCH “Creativity and Humanity” Forum of Mexico, thank people for their award.
They would also like to pay their respects to the people of the Steering Committee for the International “Sana Convivencia” Awards of the Nations for Peace, and the Honoris Causa Master’s degree and Ph.D. titles of AHCASA International Prize 2021 and AICHYCI of Mexico and Morocco, as well as those responsible for awarding the First Level of Redex Children and Adolescents on behalf of Mil Mentes for Mexico and of AHCASA for Morocco and the rest of the world.
“It is a great honour for me to receive the title of Doctor Honoris Causa from the International Forum for Creativity and Humanity as well as from the International Forum of Mexico’s IFCH. They are supreme honours for the peaceful coexistence of peoples through science, technology, education, culture and fine arts.
“Receiving an honorary doctorate fills me with honour, respect and joy. It inspires me to continue working tirelessly toward my vision, which is to disseminate the Greek literature and culture across the globe.
“The restless Greek spirit that I carry as a genetic heritage, but also the heavy cultural heritage that weighs on or at least should weigh on all Greeks was the reason I started this project. It is true that the ancient Greeks were so ahead of their time that they didn’t leave much to be discovered. Almost all other discoveries are based on theories of the ancient Greeks. The same thing happened in literature; the brilliance of those ancient writers was so great that no publisher in the world was willing to publish modern Greek writers. It is unthinkable that a country like Greece, with such a tradition in writing, is not represented in the global market. So, I created in London a publishing house that translates Greek writers and publishes their works around the world.
