June 16, 2020 – The current COVID-19 lockdowns have certainly been a very difficult time for artists all around the world. Thankfully, many of them have been able to keep recording, anreven team up with some other collaborators in order to create something unique. This is definitely the case of artist and songwriter Dylan Leibrich, who recently teamed up with UK-based pop artist Conan Mac. The artist has a unique background, and he also collaborated with other musicians, such as Scottish DJ Ashton as well as Drew Schiff, RYNO, Sandy Beales (from One Drection) and many others. At the young age of 15, Conan already has two hits on the iTunes charts, and it is not surprising to see that he is back for more quality music, this time along with Dylan, who is a very accomplished talent in his own right.
Their brand new collaborative EP captures the amazing nuances of the best pop music, and it goes for a one-of-a-kind vibe, which has a classic production and a distinctive sound that feels modern and punchy. Great pop music is all about connecting with the audience on a deeper level, and this is exactly what’s happening here with Dylan and Conan’s music.
One of the main things that you might notice is certainly the fact that the songs are mixed very well, in terms of recording aesthetics. The instrumental mix is balanced and direct, with a really deep low end and a crunchy mid-range that adds a lot of excitement to the track. In addition to that, the treble range is smooth and bright, adding a lot of silky edge to the mix, and allowing the vocals to really pop to the forefront of the mix.
