Embracing local art, DESIDERIO N°1 Art Lounges serve as both a social environment in the form of an up-market lounge serving some very fine Italian wines, while encouraging local artists to put their artworks on display. These characteristics are typical of the grape’s originary territory among the provinces of Treviso and Venice. Both come from either the Carboncine comune di Roncade or San Biagio di Callalta in the Treviso region of Northern Italy, the ‘home of Prosecco’.
Both wines are notable for their exceptional perlage, finer bubbles which add a distinct element of elegance and sophistication. DESIDERIO N°1 PROSECCO SUPERIORE MILLESIMATO BRUT TREVISO DOC and DESIDERIO N°1 ROSSO SPUMANTE MILLESIMATO EXTRA DRY have a distinct flavour representative of the local ‘terroir’ which is rich in caranto, a fine silt deposited by local rivers flowing down from the nearby Dolomite Mountains.
