This secure portal is available to all homeowners in the community associations managed by HPS. The portal allows for easy access to important community information, access account information, make payments, submit work orders, and more, from any computer or mobile device.
By simply going to www.InfoHOA.com, homeowners can access their own unique accounts catered to their specific community association. Homeowners can pay their HOA assessments online, and see their account activity, including charges, payments, and current balance all in real time. A calendar is available to make homeowners aware of community events and meetings. Work orders can be submitted directly to the property manager, then tracked by the submitter for complete transparency of the process. Association governing documents, community information, budget, insurance information, and all applicable documentation for each community is available to all registrants of the portal.

To register for the portal, go to www.InfoHOA.com and follow any prompts. Select “Register” in the top right corner. Please fill out the online form with applicable information. Once a member of HPS’s Customer Service Team verifies that the registrant is the legal homeowner for the address submitted, the registrant will receive an email to the email address provided to set-up a password for the secure online portal. Then, the registered homeowner will have access to all of the advanced features available through this portal.
