At first the founder, Carl, had a small grocery store and a love for outdoor adventure. During a cycling event, Carl couldn’t find anything to hold ice very long before it turned into water. Then, something his grandfather told him stirred an inner drive. Carl had been told “You can integrate your dreams into your life.” His dream became having useful bottles, tumblers, and cups to keep liquids cold or hot.
So, out of necessity and passion, Carl started researching new technologies and materials used to keep liquids cool (or hot), and eventually established the brand Tiwlife Cup.
The values and commitment include the following principles:
1. Higher quality bottles, tumblers, flasks and coffee cups with a lifetime warranty. Additionally, they will be waterproof, easy-to-clean, vacuum ceramic inner tank and/or stainless steel.
2. Providing high-quality after-sales service and 24/7/365-day online customer service. We will listen carefully to customers’ opinions and continuously improve our products and services.
3. Donation of products to public welfare agencies and children’s orphanages.
4. Provide regular sweepstakes to our customers in appreciation of their support.
5. Provide environmentally friendly products to protect the environment and do not use any animals for experiments. Comply with the Paris Meteorological Treaty.
