On May 12, 2021, JT Legal Group, A Professional Corporation, specializing in personal injury law, successfully obtained a settlement in the amount of $750,000.00 for an automobile vs. pedestrian collision.
The incident occurred on Century Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA. Our client was riding his skateboard when the defendant, looking in the opposite direction of oncoming traffic, made an unsafe right turn, and crashed into our client. Consequently, our client launched off of his skateboard.
Our client suffered immense pain in his neck and back as a result of the collision. He received a significant amount of treatments, including epidural injections to help alleviate his pain symptoms.
