Glendale, CA – February 8, 2022 – JT Legal Group announces the promotion of Jackie Karapetyan from Director of Client Relations to Chief Operating Officer.
Mrs. Karapetyan has been employed with JT Legal Group since 2016 where she started as an intake specialist, but was quickly promoted. Within the 6 years she has been with JT Legal Group, she has had numerous promotions that highlighted her leadership skills. Some of the roles Mrs. Karapetyan has overseen include Intake Manager, Office Manager, Human Resource Representative, Quality Assurance Specialist, and her most recent, Director of Client Relations.
Her new role as Chief Operating Officer will allow Mrs. Karapetyan to oversee all personal injury claims including pre-litigation and litigation as well as the overall management of the firm’s operation.
