Rookie K-pop boy group Omega X has a special collaboration underway with Coex mall in Seoul, Korea.
Omega X released the shoutout video for Coex Urban Park on their social media channels and Coex’s YouTube channel on May 30.
“We’d like to introduce a city festival that’ll be a welcome distraction from the long days of mask wearing,” Omega X shared in the video, introducing Coex Urban Park which opens up with the ‘Blossom the Hope’ festival from June 9 to June 12.
Coex Urban Park is a festival with an art gallery. Visitors can enjoy works such as the Hungarian artist KissMiklos’ emograms, Arabic media art featuring mirage graphics, and artist Kitaek Lee’s public media art titled ‘Blossoming the Flower of Hope’ among others. Additionally, Omega X hinted to fans that “You can meet us at Coex Xpace Media in mid-June,” and delivered a positive message saying, “Just as spring comes, a hopeful spring without COVID-19 will surely come. Where flowers bloom, so does hope.”
Omega X is an 11-member rookie boy group set to debut on June 30. Omega (Ω), the last letter of the Greek alphabet, symbolizes the end, and the ‘X’ symbolizes the unknown, which shares the members’ determination to be with the fans until the unknown end. Last month, Omega X was appointed as an honorary ambassador of Jeju Island by the Jeju Tourism Association, and signed a business agreement with DDB Korea, the local branch of DDB Worldwide.
