Jennifer Davy brings over 30 years experience to Oxford
Oxfordshire, United Kingdom – 22/01/2019 – Jennifer Davy, a highly experienced Alexander Technique teacher, has recently expanded her business to the Cotswolds and will be focusing on building her practice in Oxford. Primarily based at The Practice Rooms in South Parade, Jennifer aims to also take the Alexander Technique to local businesses and interest groups, working from their premises or hired venues.
Jennifer Davy has a particular interest in making The Alexander Technique available to professionals who would otherwise find it hard to access, due to the constraints of work.
Riders, musicians, golfers and actors and a vast range of others can benefit from understanding the basic ergonomics of human movement, and being shown how to incorporate sensible strategies into their working, and private, lives.
Anyone can benefit from the practical set of skills Jennifer teaches: whether it be to enhance performance at work or at leisure, she has solid, long-term solutions.
By learning to function efficiently, a person will feel more elegant, energised and able to perform better whatever they are doing, while those suffering from chronic conditions such as back pain, neck pain, headache and RSI can learn how to manage themselves better and potentially recover completely. Jennifer will train people at either end of the spectrum and all those in between.
