London-Based Rapper Wdz Drops New Tracks

Wdz, aka Joe Woods has got fans excited with the new tracks that he has dropped to his official YouTube channel. Wdz is a great addition to the vibrant UK rapping scene, notching up more than 40K streams on Spotify with his debut track and 80k overall.

London-based rapper Wdz has kicked off 2020 with new music on his official YouTube channel. Wdz, aka Joe Woods is a home-grown talent who has caused excitement in and around London with his music.

The rapper who has added 7 tracks to his YouTube channel this year has seen his reputation expand around the world with his latest track. From being well-known on the local music scene in London, Wdz thanks to the power of the Internet has seen his music go global. He has generated fans in Australia, Canada, and more importantly, the rapping capital of the world the USA.

The lyrical mastermind commands attention with his lyrics, and by listening to ‘Had To Freestyle’, and ‘Start from Scratch’, it’s no wonder why Wdz has become one of the fastest growing rappers in London.

When asked how he felt about gaining fans in all corners of the world Wdz replied: “Having my music reach fans around the world is great. I want my music to reach people and to send a message.”

Wdz, aka Joe Woods, is a home-grown, London-based rapper whose languid rhyme and flow mask a sharp commentary on the everyday in the fast, urban sprawl of city life.

His debut H8 2C, calling out relationship struggles and jealous friends, dropped in January 2019 to a great reception, establishing him as an exciting newcomer to the vibrant British rap scene, notching up 30k streams and counting already on Spotify and popular both in the UK and the US. His subsequent release ‘Back in the Days’ (released Feb 2019), a story about betrayal and aspiration, is going strong with 15k streams and counting. His latest release ‘Start from scratch’ (also Feb 2019) focuses on starting over after taking a loss.
