For 25-years of his life, he essentially lived alone, confined in a cell and majority of his time trapped with his thoughts and regrets that landed him in situations. Michael decided once he was released to make a new name for himself. Although still haunted by those decisions today, he made the choice not let his past define him, instead, grabbing the American Dream for himself. Today, he even hosts and throws major concerts and shows, working with music artist development while partnering with some of the biggest names in the industry. He is constantly looking to better those around him with his resources and networks.

Michael attributes his success to his perseverance and dedication, but also to his connection and reliance on God. Although he is African-American felon, Michael refuses to let any stereotype define his life. He is now one of the biggest success stories from his home in Norfolk, Virginia, and he hopes to continue spreading his story to everyone especially African Americans living a life in the shadows following a runin with the law.
