“Salon brings new multi-textured concept to South Miami-Dade”
October 1, 2021, Miami, FL – Natural and Relaxed is excited to announce the grand re-opening of their salon located at 8735 SW 136th Street, near the Falls Shopping Center in South Miami Dade.
The salon is owned by Daynia McKoy-Evanson and co-owned by Walter Evanson, with more than 25 years of combined experience, the two highly skilled professionals have positioned their salon as one of the most diversified salons in the South Florida market specializing in multi-textured hair equipped at providing services for all types of hair. The salon features a contemporary and inviting atmosphere with a warm and friendly staff that is pleasant and client oriented.
The grand re-opening event will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2021, from noon to 4:00 p.m. and will include complimentary wine and soft drinks, cupcakes to go, music, hair care samples and door prizes while learning a few of the latest hair care tips and tricks. In conjunction with breast cancer awareness month, Natural and Relaxed has teamed up with Bright Pink and Sisters by Choice breast cancer awareness organizations where proceeds from the event will benefit both organizations. Co-owner, Walter Evanson is a cancer survivor and since beating cancer years ago has always had their salon benefiting cancer organizations and those affected by cancer.
“We’re excited to bring this salon to the South Dade community and provide exemplary professional hair care services while also giving back,” stated Daynia McKoy-Evanson, owner of Natural and Relaxed. “As a multi-service salon, we are elated to be one of the first salons in the South Dade area to provide services for all textures of hair serving every demographic.”
Natural and Relaxed also offers a large selection of beauty and hair care products on site and also offers color, hair extensions and keratin treatments, among other services. The grand re-opening will also feature additional vendors available to the public.
