Ms. Nikolopoulos has been a member of the Group’s Management Committee since 2014 and has until now served as Gerald’s CFO North America. She has two decades of experience in the global commodities industry and with the Group. She also possesses the capability and know-how to lead and contribute to the Group’s strategy. For the last few years, she has overseen globally the Group’s Risk Management, Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Human Resources, as well as the Stamford office where she is based. An Economist by degree, she joined Gerald in 2001 in Accounting and Analysis, before being appointed to manage the Trade Accounting and Risk Team.

A terrifying drama, in other words. That’s where “Ghostware” comes in. Out of the 20 most profitable movies of all time, based on return on investment (ROI), 10 of them have been horror. That’s 50% of the movies that have returned the most money to investors.

Being an Indie filmmaker is very tough these days. Film finance companies, private entities and film institute in the UK, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Canada, Iceland, Finland, Italy and Spain barely finance an indie film. It doesn’t matter how beautifully your script is written, they simply don’t finance it. They finance only known big production companies’ films that already have funds to make their films! In 2019 we have advertised online to bring onboard executive producers to collaborate with us to make this film. Out of 900 executive producers in the UK, USA, Canada, Norway and Czech Republic, we interviewed 200 of them who had experience between 3 to 45 years. They all had one thing in common; none of them had expertise in sales and understanding of sales projection. When an executive producer cannot understand and predict a viability of a project, then he or she should find something else to do.

We believe only qualified executive producers such as Mr. Jonathan Clickman understands the commercially viability of a film project. I have a great respect for him as he worked his way up as a president of MGM and investing on Ghostware can be the best investment MGM can make.

The budgets for horror films tend to be much smaller versus other types of films. It won’t capture the giant headlines of the latest Marvel movie, but it doesn’t have to. A typical studio movie will have a 200 million dollar budget with at least that much on top for marketing costs. Famed Moroccan Reporter Simo Benbachir Thanks Madonna For Her Stage Show Madame X

The famed Moroccan TV reporter Simo Benbachir, best known as the only Moroccan reporter actively working in Hollywood, is the only Moroccan reporter who attended Madonna’s famous Madame X show at the Wiltern in order to provide his viewers with a firsthand account of her performance.  Simo Benbachir, known to his fans around the world as “Simobb,” attended the performance which was notable for its ban on cell phones, smart watches, smart accessories, cameras and any other recording devices. Fans who attended the show were asked to put their phones in special locked pouches, which could then be removed after the show was finished. Madonna is not the only artist in recent years to ask her fans to do so: more and more performers are asking audiences to lock up their phones to ensure that people are enjoying the show, rather than staring at their phones or watching it through a screen.

Simo would later inform his viewers that he found this a unique and refreshing experience, since people were not staring at their screens during the performance nor was the performance marred by constant flashing lights and phone screen lights. Instead, Simo – and the rest of the audience – could focus on the show that Madonna was putting on for everyone to see.

Simo’s review of the show was positive. He noted that Madonna’s famous banter with the crowd was just as fantastic as her music. She thrived on creating an intimate bond with the crowd, which was no doubt helped along by the ban on phones and other electronics. The music itself was a reflection of Madonna’s life when she was in Lisbon; and the music shows a range of influences and inspirations, including percussive Moroccan gnawa sound to a more melancholy Portuguese morna.

I turned my novel the Battle of Hulders to a screenplay and called it Elf and Huldra”.

In Nordic folklore Huldra (Hulder) is a forest spirit and has different names. Many foreign countries mistake it with elf! Huldra is not en elf in Scandinavian culture, it is a seductive woman who goes to forest, seduce men and eats them. Huldra is not mermaid either. She is a Humanoid forest wesen.

“So there are some wrong information about Huldra online. Anyway, when I finished Huldra and Photographer people‘s feedback was this: ‘We are excited about watching what will happen to Huldra. We love your film, can you continue the story, Maria?’ So I decided to write a screenplay about the world of Huldra and Elves. I just want to bring a little bit of magic to the world and spread love. Currently the project is in pre-production phase and we are trying to finance it and hope to receive positive response from major film studios, private sector and executive producers,” says the producer Maria Johnsen.
