The brand new 88,000 sq ft facility is located at 5800 Nancy D. Drive, in Morgantown, West Virginia 26501 and is Rhino Storage Group’s first “ground-up” build in West Virginia as well as the first high-end smart facility in Morgantown.
The groundbreaking, progressive smart facility features contactless 24/7 rentals, remote customer account management, online payment options, and convenient access with bluetooth enabled doors and locks. This is vastly different from traditional self-storage operations which rely on a customer service manager to manually fulfill most if not all customer service functions if and when they are available. Rhino Self Storage allows their tenants to self-serve at their leisure, 24/7.
