Posha B New Single Fake Pages Will Be Released on October 18th

Posha B is a Chicago native; born and raised on the South Side of Chicago. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina A&T University and a Master of Science degree from Syracuse University. Posha B considers herself as the Black “Hannah Montana” (Disney Channel character). Currently, she lives a double life working in the technology field as a Tech Strategy Analyst, while simultaneously pursuing a career in music as a Rap Artist.

Posha B has been in the rap game for just a year. At five months in, she struggled to find her voice. However, at the seven-month mark, she stepped up her game by dedication and grinding hard in the studio and finally found her voice. During the summer of 2022, school was in session for Posha B. She was grinding in the studio while learning different music artistry tactics. Posha B did her first live performance at SXSW back in March of 2022.

Posha B’s love for music stems from her grandfather, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame legend, Chuck Barksdale of The Dells. Posha B comes from a long line of family musical greats spanning across different genres including: R&B, Classical, Gospel, Jazz & Opera. It is no surprise that Posha B plays the piano since music is in her blood. Posha B has adopted a quote from her grandfather as her mantra, “Experience isn’t the best teacher, it’s the only teacher.” Her previous life experiences inspired the birth of her upcoming project single.

Her previous single “Don’t Count Me Out” might’ve had one pondering about all the times someone counted them out. Although, people may have counted her out, Posha B is here to stay and win. Since the fourth quarter is her favorite time of the year, it is no coincidence that her upcoming new single “Fake Pages” will be released during Q4 on October 18th.
