Process Server Toronto Reveals the Risks Its Process Servers Face in Doing Their Jobs

TORONTO – Aug 17, 2020 – Process Server Toronto, one of the Toronto area’s leading providers of legal process serving services, today revealed just how much risk and intimidation its process servers put up with on a daily basis. Process servers routinely deal with violent threats, foul language and bad behavior as they serve legal documents like divorce papers, subpoenas and small claims notices.

“We felt the public should be aware of the risks our people deal with every day as they try to keep the legal process moving forward,” said a spokesperson for the company. “It speaks to the professionalism of our process servers that they persevere despite potentially serious danger.”

However, for the firm’s employees, it’s all in a day’s work. “It isn’t always fun, but its how I pay the bills,” said one process server with Process Server Toronto. “In a way, though, I’m proud to be part of it,” he added. “People are not always happy about being subject to the rule of law, but that’s how our society works.”
