Psychologist Set to Host Free Webinar on Stress Management During COVID-19 Crisis

A veteran Psychologist will be hosting a free1 hour ZOOM live webinar on April 26 to help individuals manage any stress, fear and anxiety associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA – April 22, 2020 – Beverly Hills Psychologist, Dr. Kathleen Mojas, has announced a free one-hour live ZOOM video webinar to empower individuals with self-help techniques to manage stress, anxiety and fear during the Corona Virus pandemic.

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in the West, several organizations and individuals have stepped forward to offer their services for free to stem the financial, social and emotional impact. The free video webinar is the second in a series of webinars organized by Dr. Mojas to help those reeling from the emotional effects of Corona Virus.

The truth is that the lock-down and social distancing measures implemented by several states have stripped many of familiar daily routines, leaving them stuck at home with a lot of worry and stress.  But that’s not all, the widespread job losses and furloughs triggered by COVID-19 have left many in a state of perpetual anxiety, fear and depression. Thankfully, this video webinar will help attendees manage any negative emotions associated with the crisis.

When asked about her motivation for hosting these webinars, Dr. Mojas explained: “My goal is to help people cope with this stressful time by teaching easy to learn, research-based techniques that will reduce fear, worry and stress. Taking charge of your stress is the best thing you can do for yourself, your immune system and the people who rely on you! This is my way of giving back to my community.”

The free live Zoom video webinar is scheduled for Sunday, April 26 at 3:00 pm Pacific Time. Anyone can register for the event.  Just click on this link below:
