Rarepixels launches SPACE coworking studio in beautiful Tenerife for game developers and workers of creative industries

Successful mobile gaming brand aims to attract digital nomads to the Canary Island to work in remote meeting pointing

Tenerife, Spain – Indie game studio Rarepixels has launched SPACE, a meeting point for remote workers and digital nomads across Europe, in beautiful Tenerife. The mobile gaming brand has launched two highly successful games, Planes Control and 2 Minutes in Space. Now, Rarepixels aims to attract digital nomads from around Europe to work in the Canary Islands at its all-new coworking studio.

The number of digital nomads around Europe continues to rise. Thanks to modern technology, more people are able to work remotely, which allows them to live away from their home country. European countries have gone from attracting major corporations to seeking out digital nomads who will call their cities home. Tenerife is one of those locales and it is growing as a destination for remote workers. Rarepixels wants to increase Tenerife’s appeal and opening SPACE gives digital nomads and remote workers even more reason to relocate to the beautiful Spanish island.

SPACE is a coworking meeting point dedicated to game developers and workers of creative industries. The coworking space is a modern 100m² office at the centre of Puerto de la Cruz in Tenerife. The office is just six min away from the beach allowing clients to get away at any point in the day. SPACE will conduct workshops, meetups, and other events dedicated to the gaming industry and gaming development. There will also be testing on mobile devices and the co-organising of gaming nights. For as little as €10 per day, clients can access SPACE to complete their remote work with high-speed Internet, free coffee and water, and all utilities covered.

The coworking meeting point will also offer company retreats, events, and off-site meetings for teams. Clients can get everything they need and more to relocate to Tenerife as a remote worker, including a work space, high-speed Internet, a terrace for outdoor activities, bookings for local restaurants, bars, surfing, travel guides to the most breathtaking travel points of Tenerife, team-building activities, whale watching, hiking, and much more.

According to Rarepixels, Tenerife is a low-risk environment within the Eurozone. The island provides a high-quality of life and its warm and pleasant climate is an ideal location for remote workers, regardless of whether an individual or larger team.
