Lead singer, Ricky Burton grew up in rural Mississippi singing in his grandfather’s church. This is also where he began nurturing the incredible gift given to him by God.
Under the tutelage of Gospel Music Legends, Lee Williams and George Dean, Ricky Burton toured with legends in the Gospel/Quartet industry and learned the ropes up close and personal. Most recently he has partnered with another gospel music pioneer, Patrick Hollis ( Lee Williams & The Spiritual QC’s) to record a visual album to accompany his upcoming release. It is sure to be a powerful compilation of songs to capture the hearts of the people!
Ricky Burton & 4 Ever Grateful was assembled to be the new wave of what most consider as Quartet Music. With an all female background chorale, eyes are already open to the new prospect of having mainstream success within the genre.
Now a resident of South Haven, MS, Burton is serving as Pastor at First Baptist Church of Pine City. His congregation is already familiar with the song as they sing it every Sunday during worship. Burton, hopes that ministries across the nation adopt the song as well.
