With more than 1800 registered students, Dr. Beard expects an explosive gathering filled with education, resources, and fun for the youth!
VicTory 4 Kidz continues to be a catalyst of light, hope, and robust resources for the younger generation by creating unique pathways for success through career exploration, community events, youth camps, college scholarship opportunities, and more.
Dr. Beard and team provide sound knowledge, expertise, resources, and funds where appropriate to help catapult the youth into a promising career in the healthcare industry.
Established in 2022, Victory 4 Kidz has consistently paved the way for disenfranchised youth to pursue a career field in the nursing and healthcare industry.
The U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics states, “Overall employment in healthcare occupations is projected to grow 13 percent from 2021 to 2031, much faster than the average for all occupations; this increase is expected to result in about 2 million new jobs over the decade. In addition to new jobs from growth, opportunities arise from the need to replace workers who leave their occupations permanently. About 1.9 million openings each year, on average, are projected to come from growth and replacement needs.
The median annual wage for healthcare practitioners and technical occupations (such as registered nurses, physicians and surgeons, and dental hygienists) was $75,040 in May 2021, which was higher than the median annual wage for all occupations of $45,760.”

Dr. Regina M. Beard is an Award-Winning entrepreneur, nurse, mother, and friend. Recognizing that there are strong disparities in healthcare and healthcare training Dr. Regina and her children co-founded VicTory Training in 2015. Since that time VicTory Training has grown to three locations in Northwest Indiana. In 2020, VicTory at Home was established to ensure that the aging population was able to receive quality care without having to leave their home. In 2021, VicTory Staffing was created to address healthcare shortages caused by Covid. In an effort to create a future generation of nursing and healthcare leaders VicTory 4 Kidz was established in 2022.
Dr. Beard has been recognized as a 2023 Women of Black Excellence recipient. She received the prestigious Community & Youth Trailblazer award for providing underserved Youth with educational resources, career training, and a safe space to thrive. Dr. Regina M. Beard, DNP, RN holds her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Touro University.
