More Scuba Industry Awards for PADI Course Director Holly Macleod in 2019 for Instructor level professional scuba training with the prestigious PADI Platinum status Award. 2018 was another great year for Industry Leading PADI Course Director Holly Macleod seeing over 105 people take the PADI Scuba Diving Instructor Development Course (IDC) and issuing over 544 Instructor certifications.

To receive the Platinum status Award a PADI Course Director needs to have issued a minimum of 100 professional-level certifications in a year, at least 30 of which need to be at the Open Water or IDC Staff Instructor level, with an overall 70 percent or higher professional-level continuing education ratio.

The PADI Frequent Trainers Award Scheme is designed to recognize PADI Instructor trainers that have reached certain milestones, denoting a high degree of experience and consistency throughout the calendar year.
