Chattahoochee Hills, GA March 8, 2019- Chatt Hills Gallery at Serenbe is pleased to announce that it will open a new exhibition of selected works from the artists of its’
Co-op on Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Collectors and interested individuals are cordially invited to attend the wine and cheese reception at 9057 Selborne Lane Chattahoochee Hills, GA 30268.
The Gallery features the works of 15 local artists who are members of an artist co-op as well, as other artisans. In additional to paintings, photographs and prints, this exhibit will also display jewelry and craft pottery. Featured artists, new to the gallery, are Tom Swanston, Gail Foster and Hope Harrison. Swanston and Foster have a long history of well-known work, and in addition, were the founders of AIR Serenbe, the artist in residence program at Serenbe http://www.airserenbe.com. Swanston’s paintings of sandhill cranes in precious materials are collected world-wide. Foster’s work is of mysterious spirit figures inspiring a meditative experience, https://www.studioswan.com. Harrison is a ceramicist, well known locally for a range of work from birdhouses to bowls.
The exhibit will run from March 9-April 29. Gallery Hours are Sat. 10:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 11:00am -3:00pm. As springtime beckons, that Gallery will increase its’ hours to make dropping in even easier. We welcome designers and collectors alike to view this unique collection of original works, we are open by appointment as well, call 818-434-5436.
About the Gallery
The Chatt Hills Artist Co-op formed in July of 2016 in Chattahoochee Hills, GA in the Serenbe community. All the artists are residents of the Chattahoochee Hill County, with many residing in Serenbe, the premier sustainable community based around the arts in the nation.
