The designers of Fashionmia met the press at a pre-launch event and stated that the long sleeve shift dresses which they have launched are inspired from the fashion trends of 1980’s and 1990’s.
“We have good news for people who are still obsessed about the fashion trends of the 1980’s and 1990’s. The clothes which we have designed for today’s fashionable women are definitely a major throwback from the past. Trendy women who grew up seeing their mothers in the long sleeve shift dresses and other types of dresses would now get a chance to try those apparels out as we have launched, and have given rebirth to those chic dresses that have started impressing even the most skeptic consumers of today”, said a sales and marketing executive of Fashionmia.
Besides rolling out an impressive array of women’s tops in regular sizes, the online store has also launched their latest line of plus-size trendy clothes. The owners, optimistic about the sales growth, has also started a social media promotional campaign on Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest to reach out to their target consumers, most of whom are young and fashionable Instagram users who attend a lot of parties and prom nights and are always in search for the best apparels.
According to the sales and marketing executive of Fashionmia, they wanted to design and launch wardrobe essentials that the fashionable women would need on a regular basis, whether they are working women or are still in college. However, the products on the upper end of the price spectrum are specially designed for special occasions, such as prom nights, wedding parties and college fests as every woman needs two sets of clothes – the first one for wearing regularly and the second one for special occasions.
“We primarily design apparels for regular wear, although our special occasion dresses, especially the long sleeve shift dresses, have also received warm response from our buyers”, added the sales executive.
