Me & Mine Entertainment and Distribber have agreed to move “Reverend DoWrong Ain’t Right!” movie project forward
Me & Mine Entertainment and Distribber have taken a major step forward in the distribution of a feature-length film based on the fictional life of a TV Evangelist, Reverend DoWrong. The movie stars Def Comedy Jam comedian, Lester Bibbs, in he lead role.
Through the film, viewers will witness how the rollercoaster-like highs and lows of life on television take their toll on friends and families. It will be a story of sex, music and the fight against the establishment. A significant portion of the film will focus on the dynamic tension between Rev, DoWrong and his Sidekick Decon Hothands played by Tobin Costen (former Manager of Master P) and City Council member Montel Thomas and his assistant Thad, played by Bill Lee Brown and Victor Togunde ( Crimson Tide, Can’t Hardly Wait) respectively. The movie also stars Platinum Rapper Actress Yolanda “Yo-Yo” Whitaker and Jamal and Jerod Mixon (Nutty Professor, The New Guy and Old School). The film was produced by W.E. Baker, producer of Ice Cube’s hit movie Friday. Production on “Rev DoWrong Ain’t Right” is completed, with a release date in the Summer of 2018.
