Rob is former product manager at an HR Software company and is a recognized expert in technology innovation. His hiring adds to an already very talented team and further emphasizes Hive Tech HR’s commitment to long-term support of their customers.

For the past 15 years, Rob Modini has been helping global and domestic organizations solve complex Human Resource problems using HR Best Practices and Technology. Prior to joining Hive Tech HR, he worked as a Consultant and Product Owner for Ignite Technologies’ NuView HRMS solution, Implementation Project Manager and as a HRMS Analyst at Boston Consulting Group.
