There is a paradox that has been going on for many years in Vietnam: the number of graduates with jobs is very low – even students from prestigious universities. On the other hand, domestic and foreign corporations and companies always complain about the lack of human resources.

1. Student’s employment situation

The Vietnam Labour Market Update Newsletter (published by Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs in collaboration with the General Statistics Office of Vietnam) said that: In the third quarter of 2017, the number of unemployed people with university or higher degrees was 237,000 people, an increase of 53,900 people compared to the second quarter of 2017. That is the data before the year of Covid.  The Corona pandemic has pushed a series of businesses, companies to go bankrupt or wait for dissolution. Parents Expose Critical Race Theory in Teacher Training

Cumming, GA — 9-6-2021 — Forsyth County Schools announced on their website “Staff DEI training has been paused for 2021-22” after a summer of backlash from parents at the school board meetings.

“Forsyth County Schools does not and will not teach, nor promote, Critical Race Theory. We teach the Georgia Standards of Excellence.,” said Jeff Bearden, Superintendent, Forsyth County Schools. 

Parents Push Back

“This country is founded on racism” is an example Critical Race Theory found in a PBS article which is part of the curriculum.  Parents obtained copies of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training from Dania Peguero at the Forsyth County Schools office and discovered the training material was developed with the Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement. A video in the DEI training is by Sonny Singh who criticizes “Christian hegemony” as a form of oppression, says “Islamophobia” is tied to “white supremacy” and that he “may not make it” alive walking down the street in America.  Another video is about kids “facing their advantages” which include having a job and going the church.

“I don’t think most parents were aware of the training or what it was all about.  The parents I spoke with have no issue with diversity or inclusion, but saying America is founded on racism is not what I expect the schools to be communicating to our teachers,” said Jeff Sanders, parent of three students.

Q: How do feel about qualifying in the Top 10 contestants for the annual Audacy’s Hollywood Bowl concert opening act?

CB: I’m here only because of the people who voted. On the last day of the Top-10 finals, I was out of the running at unlucky #13 — Yikes! I knew I couldn’t pull it out alone so I reached out and asked for help. At the cut off THE PEOPLE moved me all the way from #13 up to Lucky #7! (#7 is my favourite number, btw). So, how do I feel? I feel like hugging EVERRRRYBODDDYY! I am so thankful and blessed.

Q: Have you always wanted to perform at this arena?

CB: In a word……YAZZZZZZZ!!!! Like so many things, you dream about stuff like that. Performing at The Hollywood Bowl is right up there with having dinner at Buckingham Palace and getting to pick the menu. But then again, isn’t that what life should always be about; daring to dream a dream and dreaming that it will one day come true.

Q: What kind of performance should the audience expect to see from Coco Bean if you win?

CB: I am a huge fan of legendary performers like Elton John, Bob Seger and Prince for their musicianship. Also, I can’t get enough of the theatrical production of performers like David Bowie & Lady Gaga. But what is most important is making sure that everyone walks away feeling like they had an incredible time. As Dr Maya Angelou said: “people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Q: What makes you the best choice for the Hollywood Bows opening act?

CB: I am the best choice for this honour because no one else will dedicate the results of this opportunity to the service of others as I will! Because no one else will give the audience a better show than I will and I will be the only one who will thank EVERYONE who voted for me by listing their name on a video screen on stage!

Q: The winner received $10,000. What would you do with this money?

CB: I would definitely give a chunk of it to charity. Particularly to those people who are still suffering devastation from the Corona Virus pandemic. So many people are still struggling to eat, find housing, etc. I HAVE TO GIVE BACK if honoured to receive $10,000.

Q: What do you have to say to the voters?

CB: First of all, thank you so much to everyone who has voted for me so far. We are almost home. But we have a little more road to travel together before we get there. I am already grateful to you and I will continue to be forever grateful if you walk with me a little longer. I dedicate my art and my heart to being of service. Llywelyn, de jure King of the Britons, has taken legal action against Bell Textron Inc., an American aerospace manufacturer. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was subjected to unlawful discrimination based on race/national origin; harassment based on race/national origin; retaliation in violation of California Government Code Section 12940, et seq; hostile work environment; failure to prevent discrimination and harrassment; constructive termination; and violation of California Labor Code Sections 1101 and 1102.

In Spring of 2016, Tywysog Llywelyn Jones Cymru was recognized by an international tribunal sitting in Tokyo, Japan as “His Royal Highness Prince Llywelyn, the lawful King of Britons.” In holding this title, Plaintiff administers the affairs of the exiled Welsh (British) government. His objective is to harness the international legal powers for Cymru (Wales) available to a government-in-exile, and take back the Britons’ rightful place as a free, sovereign, and independent nation. According to DNA studies, the Welsh are the true Celtic Britons, the original inhabitants of the island of Britannia. Llywelyn is standing up to fight for reparations for the land, artifacts, relics, regalia, and resources taken from his people, and has established an independent government.

As a result of his new recognition and political action on behalf of Wales, and retaliation from formerly filing a sexual harassment report with the company, Bell Textron Inc. constructively terminated Tywysog Llywelyn. Prior to the recognition of his inheritance of incorporeal hereditaments, Llywelyn experienced a series of incidences of sexual harassment from a supervisor. He began experiencing reprisal within the work environment thereafter. Subsequently, while fighting on behalf of his people, Prince Llywelyn encountered false information being spread about him through the workplace, and a subsequent instruction to either terminate his own employment with the company or cease his political activism for Wales. One month prior to this ultimatum he was allegedly offered a position with the company in England; which he refused because he would not have felt safe. His work for the Britons thereafter became a problem for Bell Textron Inc.

There remains a lack of awareness in mainstream media about the factual allegations of the case, and the conflict and malpractice that Plaintiff Cymru experienced.
