Self-help books have become hugely popular since the Covid Pandemic and one best-selling self-help books is Vibranism: Change The Pulse Of Your Existence, which has been written by Jason Appleton.
Vibranism: Change The Pulse Of Your Existence, which is available on Amazon has received rave reviews and has been described as one of the most important self-help books of this year. It aims to change lives and provide people with a positive future and to overcome obstacles in their lives. But, as a way to get a better understanding of why people need to rush out and buy this book, I say down with Jason Appleton to learn more. This is what he had to say.

My name is Jason Appleton though I’m known on Youtube as the Crypto Crow. I’ve been a blockchain educator since 2017 though prior to this I’ve been an entrepreneur most of my life out of highschool. Always searching for answers in a constantly evolving world.
What is Vibranism?
Vibranism is the first volume of my efforts in aiming to help people that have moved away from organized religion find spiritual help to improve their lives. When I was a teenager, I had a conversation with a brilliant guy I worked with at a local ISP who explained how everything is made up of carbon atoms that exist on a vibrational frequency. Over my life I’ve continued working to understand how this effects the world and the universe around us.
As human beings from youth we are indoctrinated into various trains of thought to establish belief systems to guide our lives. These trains of thought often lay out restrictions and rules to be used as guiderails while we are given stories to represent the underlying message behind it all. Often the teachers of these stories and rules are flawed individuals also seeking truth and knowledge in a world that finds their weaknesses and exploits them which acts as a conduit to their students.
Vibranism essentially removes the layers of allegory, fear and confusion from these lessons and instead focuses on blending the science with the story to establish a baseline understanding of how we operate as living organisms in a Universe that is not only listening to but feeling us as we move through life, altered by our thoughts and actions.
Vibranism celebrates life across the spectrum and provides guides towards improving the reach and efficacy of one’s spirituality without judgement but with the knowledge necessary to understand the cause and effect of what we do. Fear and guilt are often the tools used most to establish control and in these efforts towards control we find ourselves riddled with anxiety and self-doubt in every move we make that ultimately thwarts our abilities to grow internally and externally with the Universe around us. This is what Vibranism aims to help change so that we may all enjoy the benefits of a lighter life.
You have just released your new book, Vibranism: Change The Pulse Of Your Existence, can you tell me more about the book?
If we all exist on a Vibrational frequency which can be altered by how we live and if we assume that the term God is the name given to the energy within all living organism in not only the world, but the Universe, then things can get confusing to many. However, if we referred to that energy as The Pulse, we could better understand how that Pulse of energy within us all can be changed through action, belief and self-control. The Pulse is within us all and empower our means of life and if The Pulse is energy which can not be destroyed, it must move on once our physical forms wear out and we begin a new journey. Vibranism is the guidebook on how to make sure the journey we are now in is a more positive one as we prepare for the next.
Who is the book aimed at?
Vibranism is aimed at anyone wanting to live their lives with a better understanding of how we not only affect the world around us with the choices we make, but how not only the world but the Universe affects us during our journey. Vibranism aims to extend a hand to those that have fallen out of organized religion for any reason and instead of slapping us with guilt inducing lessons about how flawed we are as beings that must repent both physically, financially and mentally for what we are seemingly biologically created to be prone for.
We are taught that through our admission and or confession of guilt, we can repent and erase our mistakes. What is a mistake but a learning experience? Simply reading Vibranism in my opinion, with the intent to better understand how to achieve a new level of peace and higher energy is all one needs to prove to themselves and the Universe that they are eager to make progress in their life which will help re-align not only the Universe to support them, but their own worldview, creating a more clear path of progression into a better place.
You say your book helps with self-discovery; can you explain what you mean?
We are often looking externally for answers that lie within ourselves. We are people of self-doubt, insecurity, jealousy, rage, impatience and avoidance. All of these things and more are what restrict us from not only seeing truth in front of us, but within us and this blinding barrier is what perpetuates our cycle of pain. We are taught to look outward to answers and solutions, often told how we are flawed beings and to find peace we must truth the words of another flawed being. If The Pulse is within all of us, powering our hearts to beat and our minds to think and retain knowledge, then we should be looking within for answers. Vibranism helps us put on the glasses which we need to see until our vision improves.
So, let’s say someone has just come out of a long career and want a change, let’s use being in the army as an example, would your book help a person discover who they are and what the next chapter of their life should be?
As we all walk different paths and are forced to overcome obstacles in every direction, we walk through our lives ignorant of what we haven’t worked through yet while being bombarded with suggestions by those wanting to use us for their own interests. Athletes, Soldiers, Religions, Politicians, etc. We are intentionally kept from our own truths and abilities to control our lives and progress as we suffer the doubt, insecurity and guilt imposed on us for being human. From the chemicals we ingest to the programming we endure on our Tell A Vision sets, everything around us is focused on molding who and what we are for the shallow benefits of someone else.
Vibranism aims to help the reader understand these things while offering methods for clearing our minds of the noise around us while removing the barricades of mental, emotional and spiritual war taking place within us every moment we are awake and recharging at night.
To be able to ignore the multitude of influences of modern culture seeking to absorb our attention, intention and resources, we have to first understand who and what we are while building the inner strength that empowers us to break through these barriers. You say that Vibranism is a lifestyle, can you explain what you mean by that?
Vibranism is a lifestyle, a philosophy, a map to the keys of the doors within us that have been locked closed by the world we live in. As you learn and progress through Vibranism, the way you will view the world around you will change. You’ll begin to see through a new lens that puts everything into a new perspective which will empower you to act and react in new ways with a new sense of patience, calm and direction.
You have included a 30-day challenge for people who buy your book, can you explain more about that challenge?
The 30-day challenge is the reader’s journal of their journey. Once you have read through the book, taken notes and discovered the practices that resonate with you most, you must put them into regular practice. The first 30 days are a matter of building new habits in your daily life that benefit you. Each page of lines is more symbolic than a function as your journal should be as verbose as possible. Starting with your first day, how do you feel about what you have learned? What has changed in you thus far? How do you view the world around you? As you continue, each day, journaling your progress through practice, revisiting sections of the book that inspire you most, who are you from day 1 to day 15, to day 30. The challenge is, by day 30, you’ll see yourself for the first time with more clarity than you ever have before. What are you hoping that people get from your book, what life changes are you hoping to achieve?
If I drop you into a maze and I tell you there is one way to emotional, mental and spiritual freedom and there is someone else that tells you there are endless ways to guilt, pain, poverty, insecurity and anxiety and we as guides are to push you into either, which one of us would you want to follow?
As you walk through the maze you are exposed to things that will tempt you in directions that will seem appealing in the moment, but lead you into dead ends of pain and anxiety that leave you feeling hollow, useless, powerless. Every two way fork in the path will try to trick you.
Vibranism is meant to help you understand those tricks and see a clear path to that which will empower you as a person and as an extension of the Universe.
My goal for Vibranism is to take the calling I had as a teenager and to answer the dreams that used to wake me up in the middle of the night and help those that feel no help through the maze we’ve all been dropped into become more of a race track to happiness.
