The new boy group OMEGA X will release their debut album on June 30.

The 11-membered boy group shared two images of their first mini album “Vamos” on June 5, confirming their upcoming release.

Omega X–whose members are Jaehan, Hwichan, Sebin, Hangyeom, Taedong, Xen, Jehyun, Kevin, Junghoon, Hyuk, and Yechan–shared two images on the group’s social media channels. Both the black and the white versions of the image show only a part of each member’s faces. The text in the images read “The first mini album ‘VAMOS’ coming soon on June 30th,” adding to fan anticipation for the EP album.

The group name Omega X means the unknown end, which derives from Omega (Ω), the last letter of the Greek alphabet meaning the end, and the ‘X’ which symbolizes the unknown. Combined, Omega X shares the members’ determination to be with the fans until the unknown end. All of the 11 members have participated in K-pop survival shows and debuted before under groups that are now disbanded or inactive, a fact that anticipates fans on Omega X’s exceptional performance unexpected of a new group.

Rookie K-pop boy group Omega X has a special collaboration underway with Coex mall in Seoul, Korea.

Omega X released the shoutout video for Coex Urban Park on their social media channels and Coex’s YouTube channel on May 30.

“We’d like to introduce a city festival that’ll be a welcome distraction from the long days of mask wearing,” Omega X shared in the video, introducing Coex Urban Park which opens up with the ‘Blossom the Hope’ festival from June 9 to June 12.

Coex Urban Park is a festival with an art gallery. Visitors can enjoy works such as the Hungarian artist KissMiklos’ emograms, Arabic media art featuring mirage graphics, and artist Kitaek Lee’s public media art titled ‘Blossoming the Flower of Hope’ among others.
