Winners receive $500 scholarship, YOUnique Academy Launch Your Non-Profit Boot- camp and all-expense paid trip to Haiti.
Miramar, FL, January 31, 2018– TransforME Ayiti, Inc. is pleased to announce its inaugural Miss TransforME Ayiti Pageant. This event will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm at Fabiola’s Venue in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We have enclosed the application packet for the pageant. Please review and distribute to the women in the community for the opportunity to win a $500 scholarship, waived fee ($97) for YOUnique Academy Launch Your Non-Profit Boot-camp, and an all-expense paid trip to Haiti for our 3rd Annual Back to School Drive Trip.
“This pageant will celebrate young Haitian- American women while promoting culture, entrepreneurship and community service.” said Jadine Louissaint, President of TransforME Ayiti, Inc. “It is our mission to continue to equip the next generation of Haitian-American women through faith, education, cultural awareness, economic development, and entrepreneurship,” she finished.
Below is the criteria for the Miss TransforME Ayiti Pageant. A full list is found in the application packet. Applications can be found on our Facebook page (TransforME Ayiti).
1. Entrant must be of good health and moral character.
2. Entrant must be of Haitian descent.
3. She must be graduating high school and/or currently enrolled in college.
4. Entrant must be between the ages of 18 and no older than 25 years old by May 1, 2018.

About TransforMe Ayiti, Inc.
As a 501(c) (3), not for-profit organization, we collaborate with other organizations, businesses and stakeholders to offer workshops and outreach services in Haiti and South Florida communities. Now in existence for over two years, TransforME Ayiti, Inc. continues to strive to expand its programming and enrich the lives of Haitian girls locally and abroad. We have raised funds and collected school supplies for our annual Back to School Drive in Leogane, Haiti. Furthermore, we have traveled to Haiti on several occasions to speak to nursing students at HELP Hospital and School of Nursing and distribute medical supplies, personal hygiene items, and learning materials.
